this was the second attempt at locating this cache. i had to replace the camera and buy a cheap flashlight because sometimes we end up in places where its so overgrown with brush, leaves on trees, and whatnot, its hard to navigate thru without some light.
and this cache (in the evening as we took it) was no exception.
the park sign for the cache
originally we had attempted this find on another day and we discovered we were on the wrong side of the bridge to retreive the find correctly...so we knew when we came back wed have to cross the bridge to get going in the right direction
if there had been better light these next 2 pics would have been alot more pleasureable to view:
"Cra" thought the cache was located in a sideshoot off the main trail, we wound up being in the center of PI (poison ivy) and fireflys..i wish my camera could have captured the sheer essence of the magical way they blinked about us as we passed thru...**SIGH**
once we homed in on the location, it was simply a matter of retrieving it, im not going to give the location away, but id have to say..this one was VERY cleavelry done! and i cant imagine HOW the owner even thought to place it in its "hole"
shots of "Cra" & "Mic" of CraMicDan ("Dan" was off at scout camp for the week--we cached without him)
